Factory Building Case Design

On August 23, 2023, a solar distributed photovoltaic was built in a large factory building in Shanxi Province, China, with an installed capacity of 5MW. During the field exploration, the following types of rooftop factories were encountered: ordinary square roof factories, dome factories, and color steel Tile factory building. The following strategies have been implemented for the installation of factory buildings with different structures:

1. Ordinary square roof factory building: The roof structure of this type of factory building is stable and has high-quality structural support, so the most common solar modules are used for installation.

2. Dome factory: This type of factory has a curvature, so after measuring the maximum radian angle, fixed solar photovoltaic flexible components are used to perfectly solve the problems caused by the curvature angle of the dome factory.

3. Color steel tile factory building: In this type of factory building, considering the long service life of the color steel tiles, in order to better protect the roof of the factory, frameless connection type custom-made thin solar modules are used. This type of module is light in weight. Resistant to strong winds and hail.

The above plan perfectly solved the specific cases of different factories and different situations in this factory.
